We research your field, establish the position you can defend, and publish it where boards, clients and headhunters look. Ninety minutes of your time a quarter.
You are short of the time to research, write, and place them well.
Something unremarkable costs a junior nothing. It costs you standing.
They publish steadily. They become the recognisable names in your field.
When most of what is published is thin, one researched position outweighs a year of posts.
You know what matters in your field. You do not have time to prove it, or to find where the ground is still open.
So we do that part. The judgement stays yours.
A position you could have written yourself, if you had a month free.
Primary research into your field, and where you have standing.
A written map of the conversation in your field, set against your record. It names the ground already held, and the claims your record will not support. Yours to keep either way.
Ninety minutes of your time, in one session or a few. Recorded in video and audio, against prepared research.
It is built to get past the answers you have given a hundred times, to the reasoning underneath. That layer is what makes the work recognisably yours.
Written pieces in your voice, edited video, and submissions to the conferences and podcasts that matter.
Nothing is published without your sign-off.

That is why we record rather than write from a brief. Your work is built from your own words and examples, and you approve everything.
Neither do we. Most executive content follows a formula: anecdote, lesson, question. It is recognisable within two lines. We publish a small number of researched positions, and if there is nothing worth saying in a quarter, we will tell you.
Ninety minutes per quarter for the interview, plus roughly two hours across the quarter for review. If it takes more than that, we have designed it wrong.
In production: transcription, drafting, editing. Not in the thinking. The research is done by people, the interviews conducted by people, and the positions come from you.
Most do. We work with disclosure rules, listed-company constraints and communications policy, and will flag problems early.
No client list, no name in a case study without written permission, no tagging. Many of our clients have good reason to keep this quiet.
We take a small number of clients at a time. Tell us a little, and we will say honestly whether we fit.
